The final race of the season took place this past weekend. We tried a new format with everyone in sportsman class. I think we all had a reall good time just racing and not worring about the points. We didn't even need marshals, well almost. There will be more on this and other things when we have our meeting in February.

Practice on Tuesday's only at Lansing track. The cost is only $10. There will be an envelope there to put it in. Also, the gate is locked, if you need the combination, call; Randy Brown or Stan Smith.

Quarter Scale Auto Club
On a sad note, We lost one of our racers to cancer. Tim Bloom past away in September. Tim was looking forward to racing this year and had made the first race on the schedule. It wasn't very long after when he got the bad news. He had retired in January this year and was looking forward to spending time with family and friends.
Tim has been racing R/C in one form or another for over 15 years. Tim was a great GLQSR and QSAC member that will be missed.
Our thoughts and prayers go to his family.
